- Open the client-period record in Firm overview and inspect scope, time coverage and effective cost rates.
- Resolve missing mappings or duplicate activity. Missing cost or unreconciled time leaves contribution unknown.
- Choose Assign follow-up: “Investigate September overrun,” assign the engagement reviewer, and set a due date. Work remains internal until an authorized person communicates with the client.
- Inspect the exact saved revision, approve it, then record delivery of the released artifact with evidence.
