Account and data requests
During launch validation, requests are handled manually by the operator. This page describes how to request help; it does not claim that automatic deletion or an automated export service is available.
Make a request
Email 11onedocksupport@gmail.com from your account email. Say whether you need an account closed, a copy or correction of information, a provider disconnected, or specified records deleted. Identify the firm and the scope of the request without attaching financial records, passwords, recovery keys or authenticator codes.
We must verify your identity and authority before disclosing or changing records. Use the normal sign-in flow when requested. A message from an unfamiliar address alone cannot authorize a firm export or deletion. Client requests about the firm’s professional records may need to be directed to the firm.
Different actions have different effects
- Signing out ends an application session; it does not delete your account.
- Removing firm access prevents access to that firm. It does not authorize erasing its records or another membership.
- Disconnecting a provider stops access through that connection. Imported records and the provider’s originals are separate.
- Deleting a workspace requires a reviewed scope, authority checks and consideration of recordkeeping duties, audit history, shared records and applicable legal obligations.
Confirmation and retained information
The operator will explain what can be acted on, what must be coordinated with the firm, and any records that must be retained. A request is not complete until its outcome is confirmed. No fixed completion time, immediate erasure or provider-side deletion is promised by this draft.
Copies in encrypted backups require a separate retention and restoration procedure. Their retention schedule is still awaiting approval; the current service must not be presented as having automatic backup erasure. Before restoring a backup, the operator must reconcile previously completed deletion and access-removal decisions so they are not silently undone.
For an urgent access problem or suspected disclosure, use the support and security instructions.
